open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear devs,

Title says it all. This is a general question to better understand contribution policies.

I'm a pretty active contributor to some open-source project (mainly QGIS with lot of issue reports, pull requests and PR reviews).

I spot quite some type in TELEMAC python files and instead of opening a post on this forum, it would be easier to push PRs directly to gitlab repo.
I also intend to add methods to TelemacFile to fit some of my needs and I could push them to main repo too if this is relevant.

I've tried to include a form on the "Support" page of this website to allow developers to request the creation of a GitLab account, but the form doesn't appear... I have thus sent you a PM until we have solved the problem.
