Hello,

Not the first time I get this error message but it's allways hard to fix it.

Erreur n0 40
Arbre d'appel :
=========================================================================
Computation error.
Main channel wetted perimeter is not strictly positive
at the cross-section : P1 = 0.10E-07

Does it means that my error comes from the cross-section named "P1"? (in that case, I don't understand what's wrong) or that P1 (= 0.10E-07) is a negligible value of the main channel perimeter at one cross section? (in that case, how to identify it ?)

Alexis

Hi Alexis

I Agree with you, it's not always simple to identify the origin of the error message.
P1 is just the name of the variable equal to the wetted perimeter.
In your case, this value indicate is lower than the threshold in the program which is 10-6.
Looking more in detail where the problems occur, I identify a problem in the definition of the minor/major bed at abscissa 12572.9

I will try to find time to give more precise info in the error message if possible

Regards
Christophe

Thank you,

I didn't expect this issue. I should have looked more in detail my planmimetry. The left and right delimitation have been inverted.
