This problems comes from the fact there is one boundary where you didn't give the Tracer law (I think it's the upstream)...
In the demo1.xcas file in line 262-263 you have:
<typeCondLimTracer>2 2</typeCondLimTracer>
<numLoiCondLimTracer>0 1</numLoiCondLimTracer>
0 is not possible if type is 2
I just replace 0 by 1 and the error about BC doesn't appear anymore...

It seems to me the meteo is requested for thermic but not fully sure...
