Hi everybody,

im working with HydroSalome to generate a mesh for a hydraulic simulation with Telemac.

When i'm doing the Interpolation of the Z-Coordinates there are two Methods: (1)"Interpolation at the nearest point" and (2)"Linear Interpolation on a cloud triangulation".

(2) is recommended if the resolution of the mesh is higher than the resolution of the underlying pointcloud.

But also when I choose the second method, the program uses the first method.

Does anyone have an idea? I would be very greatful.

thank you very much for replying! :)

I'll attach my hdf.
I use Version 8.3.0

For the mesh of the riverchannel I choose quadrangle mapping. In each crossection of the Pointcloud there are 21 Points in the region of the riverbed. If I choose a higher number of segments for the mesh (resolution of the mesh is higher than the resolution of the pointcloud), the Interpolated mesh shows unregularities no matter which discretization method I choose...
