open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello,
I have a lot of problems with PostTelemac plugin. It only run with qgis 2.16 with my computer and i have a lot of errors (impossible to do extract max, export to shapefile, errors with variables...) .

I think it is important to update the plugin.
What thinks other plugin users?

It works quite well with QGIS 2.18.19
I used it last week to extract max and export shapefile.
Maybe you could try to upgrade your QGIS version

Otherwise, there is a real need to upgrade the plugin but this job has a cost.
Are you able to fund it?

I tried with QGIS 2.18.19 64bits, but i have an error when i import my results:

ImportError: No module named Tkinter

Maybe must i work with 32 bits ?

I don't know exactly how you installed the Qgis version but if it's with OSGEO installer, you could try to install the library python-tcl/tk which should solve this problem

In the advanced installer, you could search for tk and select the component to install it

You can use QGIS 3.10 and it opens telemac files out of box (no extension or advanced installer needed):

Works very good for results visualizations

You can use Crayfish plugin to:
- Create animation
- Create plots
- Export to raster/vectors (contours) ...see the new algorithms under Processing toolbox.
