Hello,

Before Fabien comes back, you can try to read the pdf Telemac V6P0 installation guide, available in the download then TELEMAC then sources menu. In section 7, it is described how to use the AddOns for Telemac with Tecplot.

The AddOns themselves can be downloaded with the source codes in the same menu (directory bin/AddOns/Tecplot_AddOns/seralo etc.).

I was told that for recent versions of Tecplot, these AddOns may have been alread included, but Fabien will be able to answer better than me.

Hello,

Actually, there are two ways for post-processing Telemac results in Tecplot 360:
- by converting Telemac results file (selafin) to an ASCII file readable by Tecplot. We can provide a Fortran program but we don't use it anymore.
- by compiling/installing the Telemac Data Loader in Tecplot. Sources are already in your release, see for instance:.../bin/AddOns/Tedcplot_AddOns/seralo.

On which platform are you using Telemac?
- On Linux: A procedure has been given in the installation note. Please also refer to the Tecplot manual (see below).
- On Windows : Tricky... Colleagues at BAW are able to use the same data loader on Windows. According to Tecplot, the Intel compiler is mandatory for compiling/installing any data loader. Otherwise, I may send you their binaries.

In both cases, you should refer to in Tecplot ADK manual : download.tecplot.com/360/2011/adkum.pdf

For those who may be interested in, I should mention that Tecplot allows a trial version of Tecplot 360.
I will also publish the Telemac Data Loader on The Tecplot website. And if there are enough users, it may be included a future release.
