After I project the line in bathymetry mode, I save it and click to D.E.M mode, the computer automatically close the matisse program. Did you guys have any ideas on how to solve my problem?

You don't have any outline in your data!!!
In Matisse (as also in blue kenue), you should have a line which will be define the outline of your mesh area.
Add a close line to your project and set this line as an outline (properties) and the the crash should be removed

You could also use Blue Kenue which will be not able to compute a mesh with the same data (without any other information like outline) but which probably not crash like Matisse.

I am a new user of Matisse

After I project the line in bathymetry mode, I want to specify my outline in "Ligne génometrique" mode, I choosed the line but the function "Editer type ligne" is off...

Did you know why??

You shouldn't project theline in the bathymetry mode.
The line should exist in the "geometrical line" mode (you could select it).

But if you're a beginner i advise you to switch to Blue Kenue which is more user friendly and easy-to-use than Matisse

I need Matisse juste for meshing, I have Fudaa as graphical interface which seems more easy to use than Blue Kenue, No??
Because I did not find tutorials for Blue Kenue

You chould select only line and not nodes of the line ...
If this doesn't work, maybe you could zip the matisse directory and post it in a post in order to let us check...
You could use BK for meshing, it's not really complex and you could try with just the manual.

You built 2 different lines instead of only 1!
So none of the 2 lines is closed and then define as an outline

delete the segment on the left
Select the 2 nodes at the extremity of the line and connect them
Then you could select the line and define it as an outline

On my side, when i made the change i described it works without any problem.
