You just have to run them with the -a option

I don't really well understand your question.

It's possible to run matisse from a DOS command windows. Open a DOS command windows, move to yout working directory and type matisse -a
If your installation is OK (path ...) it will works without any problem

and i can open it from bin\ matisse.
From DOS window: if i type Matisse the following error: the matisse is not existing ?

That means you don't update the path!

I'm not sure you should try to use matisse if you never use it by the past as it look like.
Maybe you should try to use Blue Kenue instead

i used Matisse ( from Telemac V5P9) for 3 years. But i have this problem only with the new version. Its possible to have the old version ( only Matisse and Rubens, i mean), please?

Matisse and Rubens haven't been updated in years! It would be surprising if the version in the archive section of this website were much (if any) different than the one you had 3 years ago. No other version is available on the website other than the one in the archive section.

It is important to note that the consortium does not maintain Matisse and Rubens any more, and these are now deprecated in favour of more modern tools such as Blue Kenue and Fudaa.
