Hello community. I am trying to run a model within which I need to see the behavior of two tanks and its respective discharges, the complement of the domain must start in dry state. In bluekenue I have prepared the info to add a variable (WATER DEPHT) in the geometry file (geom.slf) with the water depth in the two tanks. But when I run the model, both tanks appear empty. I tested the model with initial conditions 'ZERO DEPTH' and 'CONSTANT DEPTH' (0.00) with the same results (empty tanks)

How can I start the model with the water depth required in the two tanks from the geometry file with water depth as variable?. Is there another option to reach this goal?

Best regards
Ricardo

Hello friends, it's me again. I was trying with a fortran code that I used to set non erodible zones by mean 'THICKNESS' data in the geometry file and worked very well.

Using the same idea I coded the first attached image, in the running the subroutine is compiled with no problems, but the model does not run as the message error in second the attached image appears.

Could someone give any advice to fix this issue?

Regards
Ricardo

Hi
You use a binary file like a selafin file without specifying it.
Add BINARY DATA FILE 1 FORMAT = 'SERAFIN' in your steering file and this should work
Hope this helps

Thank you c.coulet, in effect, adding that line in the steering file the error before start the running disappear, but now another one arise.

I think is something related with 'out_user_fortran.exe' (attached file)

Could someone give another clue to fix this issue?
