Hi,
I am using version V8P4 and try to model bed load transport in an Alpine river. Since I do not have any information about the bed load rates in the river, I'd like to start with an equilibrium flux and based on this value do some sensitivity analysis and prescribe different magnitudes of bed load. Everything works more or less well, but I have one major issue:

The mean diameter of the bed load which enters the model is usually way too big.

I already tried the options described in the manual (p.27f) but without any success.
In the attached diagrams you can see on the last plot that the mean diameter of the inflow is usually for prescribed (455___4) and equilibrium (455___5) way too big. Furthermore I conducted a instationary simulation with an equilibrium boundary condition where the mean diameter of the inflow was at least somewhat alright.
Is there an easy way to fix this?

I just found out that I can just use the keyword "CLASSES IMPOSED SOLID DISCHARGES DISTRIBUTION", which solves my problem.
