Hello together,

i have some questions about the correct boundary conditions in my simulation. If i want to fix the bed level at the inlet i can set the boundary conditions in SISYPHE as:
/ LIQBOR / Q2BOR / / / LIEBOR EBOR / /
5 4 4 0 0 0 0 5 0 0 0 (Inlet)
4 4 4 0 0 0 0 4 0 0 0 (Outlet)
Which means 4 = free and 5=prescribed and EBOR= evolution and Q2BOR= solid discharge. In my simulation result i see that only at the boundary nodes in the middle of the channel no evolution happens but at the outer nodes of the boundary a lot of deposition takes place. Could this be a result of some sliding or slope effects, or did i make a mistake in the BC-file?

The other question is when i want to prescribe a defined amount of solid discharge, profile prescribed by X and the amount in the steering file i can use the following set up?:
/ LIQBOR / Q2BOR / / / LIEBOR EBOR / /
5 5 4 X 0 0 0 4 0 0 0 (Inlet)
4 4 4 0 0 0 0 4 0 0 0 (Outlet)

And the third question is how is this taken into account considering equilibrium conditions SISYPHE is based on?

I will be glad for some hints,

Best regards
Markus
