Dear community
For Tomawac model, the simplest open boundary conditions require providing the following :
TYPE OF BOUNDARY DIRECTIONAL SPECTRUM, BOUNDARY SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT, BOUNDARY PEAK FREQUENCY, BOUNDARY MAIN DIRECTION, BOUNDARY ANGULAR DISTRIBUTION FUNCTION, ...And may be others wave parameters...
Then, Tomawac computes the directional spectra and duplicates it over the targeted nodes ... without any changes in time too.
In my case, I've all the above wave parameters and plan to provide them in a binary file (selafin file) which look like the PUNCTUAL RESULTS FILE (spe file).
However, I look to provide the above parameters (not the spectra !) because, the frequential JONSWAP is easy to compute but the directional one ...
Any tips on the selafin file I've to provide and the look like modified limwac will be appreciated.
I can also provide a selafin file of the wind (U10,V10) varying in space- and time.
