Is there any way of creating an initial condition file in selafin format using BlueKenue?

I have a 3D shapefile (PolylineZM) that describes the longitudinal profile of the river. Each vertex of this polyline is measured water level at very low flow condition that can be used as the initial condition in my model domain.

I am using Fudaa Pre-Post to creating the parameters. Is there anyway to import my 3D polyline directly in the Fudaa interface and create the initial condition ? I noticed there is in import shapefile option in the profile layer in the Initial condition group in Fudaa but not sure how to use it to create the initial condition?

Thanks and regards

Joy

Indeed, you can map the values of you 3D line onto the mesh of you river with the latest release of Blue Kenue -- 3.2.24 and above.

This version has a new 2D Interpolator object that not only interpolates but also extrapolates with inverse distance or nearest neighbours methods.

I am not sure how you would do that in FUDAA.

Hope this helps nonetheless.

Sébastien.
