Hi Yunhao,

Thank you for your message.

Since Win10 was released in July 2015, we didn't compile the add-on for 2014 versions of Tecplot.

I attached the addon for 2014-R1, Win8, 64bit, it may work by chance.

What I would recommend is to use a later version of Tecplot.
The latest is 2017-R2, which also provide more capabilities such as Python-scripting, arbitrary slices, big performance improvements...
