open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi all,

I'm trying to use this add-on on a Tecplot 10 (32 bits) Windows 7 machine but is is not working,

I got an error message: "The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect. Please see the aaplication event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe for more detail." This error was discussed at the beginning of the thread but I cannot find the solution for my case.

Anybody has the correct file to open telemac files on Tecplot 10 (32 bits?)

Genias' version of the add-on has been developed for later releases of Tecplot.

If possible, please upgrade to a newer version of Tecplot.
We will check meanwhile if we can port it easily.

Dear all,

We recompiled the data loader for Tecplot 360 EX.

The add-on should work indifferently for the following releases:

• 360EX 2014 R1
• 360EX 2014 R2
• 360EX 2015 R1

on both Windows 7 and 8.

The installation is the same:

• Copy the enclosed sera.dll file in the bin directory of your Tecplot installation directory
• edit the tecplot.add file and add the following line: $!LoadAddon "sera" # TELEMAC dataloader

Please note that for Tecplot 360 EX 2015 R1, you will need to load the add on manually using the quick macro panel. After copying the sera.dll file in the bin directory, run the Load AddOn macro and enter sera when prompted.

Hello Antoine,

I'm trying to install this add-on in Ubuntu. But it gives me a error information:

Cannot load add-on library libsera.so (errno=11)
libsera.so: Ne peut ouvrir le fichier d'objet partagé: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type.

So this add on only works for Windows? Does it work in Linux as well?

My Tecplot version is 360EX 2015 R1.

Thank you Antoine for the addon.
I just tried it on Tecplot 360EX 2015 R1 (64-bit), with an opensuse 13.2 machine.
I get a missing "DLoad_AddLgIndexArg" symbol, causing code crash. Herebelow the console output.
Any hints?

We are currently working on porting it to suse and redhat linux distributions.
