Hello,
I want to know if there are some documents or anything that can help in the use MATLAB for extracting the data from the slf file that results from the simulation of telemac 2D

Hello,

These tools can help you to extract data from telemac results:
fr.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/25021-telemac-tools
but I do not know any related documentation. You can look at each header of the scripts that describe the features with an example.
