Clemens,

I can't reproduce your error. Your 3-way configuration is running well on my computer (Centos 6.9, intel compiler) with v7p2r1 and v7p3r0 (I don't have v7p2r0 installed on my machine).
I only ran the 6 first hours, on 4 and 12 processors.

Something seems to be strange in your log file, the prompt instructions are repeated 4 times, as many times as your number of processors.
Please be sure that the installation is well performed for the parallel mode.

Did you have the same error with a sequential execution ? (PARALLEL PROCESSORS = 0, not 1)

Regards,
Laurent

Hej Laurent,

Thanks for testing.
I do not have the problems with sequential mode.

Would it be possible for you to sent me your .cfg file and the configurations you have made in the .bashrc?

Thanks

I don't have anything special in my bashrc file.
Here are my pysource.sh and my systel.cfg files for v7p2r1.

I hope it helps.

Thank you very much. I will ask if the support could install version v7p2r1 and let's hope that solves the problem

Best

If you are going to install a version, it's better to use the latest v7p3r1 instead ;)
and check that the log is not written as many times as you have processors.

To complete Laurent suggestions, try to relaunch a clean compilation. Make sure that old/previous installations are completely removed (empty folders in the build directory).

Hope it helps,

Pablo

Hello,
By taking a fast look to your files, I noted something that seems strange. The 8th column of your boundary condition file presents the flag "2" for all boundaries, including the inflow and outflow outlets. As I don't know about your problem, could you please verify if this is what you want to impose for your simulation?
