Could be interesting to compile and run in debug mode to understand where the problem is exactly.

How to run in a debug mode?I'll have a try.

run the executable you should have more info
To go further, you could also run the local exe with gdb

1 Does 'compile with debug options' mean that I should edit cfg file and add debug in options?
2 Does 'run the local exe with gdb' means the exe in the temporary folder generated by running a program?

For compiling part, it's probably better to use a dedicated config then you will be able to choose which config you use rather than change the config file and recompile each time you want to switch...
For run, yes you well understand what I mean.

Just for adding our experience :
I didn't try debug mod, but the problem suddenly diseapear after some (unfortunatly) unknown manipulations of our IT managers... Maybe some update solve the problem ?

I think maybe some pointers point to inappropriate places.
I remembered that I had successfully changed this parameter on this computer before with v8p0, I can change the value to 500.
Now,for v8p2,it can't reach 500.
Maybe I should try a newer version.

Maybe I get some message.I used a new version gcc with posix thread(win32 before).I get error message while compiling api_run_sis.f in motcar value.
Actual argument contains too few elements for dummy argument.
The motcar value is define as 300(same as maxkeyword).So I also change this value to make it equal to the maxkeyword i want.
This time I successfully compile it but telemac2d still can't run normaly
