Hi,

ifconsol.lib is part of the the installation of Intel Fortran compiler. Make sure you open the command prompt through the "Intel 64 Visual Studio mode" (or the 32bit alternative) shortcut on your Intel Fortran program folder, so that all necessary paths are set automatically.

You should also make sure that you are not mixing 32bit with 64bit libraries and tools. This goes to the precompiled METIS library as well as the mpich2 sources.

Hi,

I find your configuration file a bit difficult to follow and a bit confusing when choosing between 32bit and 64bit libraries. I would suggest that you create separate configuration entries for 32bit and 64bit, i.e. wintels32, wintels64, wintelmpi32 and wintelmpi64. However, since it is difficult to have two mpich2 versions installed at the same time, I would suggest to stick to only one parallel installation (either 32bit or 64bit) unless you know well what you are doing. Serial versions you can have both, no problem.

I am using 64bit only without any issue. All my machines are 64bit though.

I hope it helps,
Costas

It should have worked... I made some changes, but nothing important. If this doesn't work, post the exact error.
