Hello,
We are trying to perform a mesh for the simulation of a dam break (topographical data).

The oultine comes from an Arcgis shape, converted to a .i2s file. When creating the mesh, we got strange vertical lines connecting distant interior nodes (see pictures).
It seems that there is a problem with the numbering of these interior nodes. Do you have any idea to fix this?

c.coulet OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 3722 Thank you received: 1031	Hi Hard to say with only those pictures. Try to try again to generate your mesh starting from scratch. Otherwise, join your files to your post in order to allow us to test and try to reproduce your problem Regards

LaunayM	Hi, Thanks for your answer. I tried again from scratch and got the same problem. I also tried to change the edges size, but without improvements (it only increase or decrease the number of vertical lines proportionnaly). I join the .i2s file to this post, if you want to have a look. Thanks a lot. Marina

LaunayM	I cannot see your result. Did you attach it to the message? What parameters did you put for the mesh?
