Dear All,

I would ask you which are the commands to convert my resultfile.slf (telemac3d) into ascii (or txt) format, by using Fudaa.

(I realised that I can do this by using Bluekenue, but I need the solution in each node and in every time steps, not in each node and only one single time step (my animation lasts 24 hours, so 8640 steps!)).

Thank you in advance

Hi Gunslinger,

You can achieve this with BlueKenue but only in 2D.
You will have to extract each layer from the 3D result to perform the steps below. Afterwards you can merge the per-layer csv files.

1. Using "File->Save Copy As" save your mesh to a xyz (PointSet) file.
2. Load this xyz file into BlueKenue.
3. Select the desired output variable and use "Tools->Extract TimeSeries->At Multiple Points..." and select the pointset loaded in step 2.
4. This will generate a table object that can be saved to various formats including csv.

Hope this helps... Martin
